(Continued) SPONSORSHIP: Before membership is discussed with a prospective member and before a visit is scheduled, the sponsoring member has the responsibility to inform the membership about the prospective member and the business catagory the prospective member would fill. The sponsor shall make this announcement at two meeting before inviting the guests to visit and speak. This is reffered to as the "two or second mentions". This gives members the opportunity to talk with the sponsor if any member knows any reason why the prospective member should not be invited.

PRESENTATION: If there are no objections made to the sponsor, the President shall schedule a meeting for prospective guest(s) to visit. At that meeting the sponsor will introduce the guest, who will be given ten to fifteen minutes to speak about themselves, their business, and how they would benefit the network. Members may also ask questions of the guests. After the presentation, guests desiring membership will then complete and submit an application for membership.

VOTING: Voting for members shall occur at the regular business. Voting is by secret ballot. Only two "no" votes are needed to preclude a prospective member from joining. If the prospective member passes or fails the secret ballot by one vote, any member has the right to immediately express a no vote or address his/her balloted vote no, as a veto. This verbal "no" vote shall serve to preclude the prospective member from entering the network and may not be challenged or questioned by other members. Applicants precluded from joining may reapply after a six month preiod.
